Description

Yeast-Free bread recipe using beer

Ingredients

3cFlour
1TBaking Powder
1tSalt
1⁄4cSugar
12ozBeer

Instructions

Mix the dry ingredients and then add beer and melted butter. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake one hour at 350 - 375 degrees. Cool 15 minutes.

Notes

Changing the type of beer will greatly change the flavor of this bread.

The should be 1 stick of melted butter added to the ingrediant list.  For some reason it did not save.
