The froward mix of managment and staff almost becomes a defaning blaze of incomprehensable disaster. Staff is not making enough and leaving for better jobs.

Management asks, " what can we do to get you to stay?".

Staff responds, " we need more money, plain and simple... for the right money, the difficulty of the work can be over looked.."

Management responds, "well, maybe next year"...

Next year is a day late and a dollar short... How do we continue to feed, cloth, and house our families when are ARM's are increasing all the time and gas alone has 30% higher than a year ago? Food has almost doubled..

But Management says, "look - new medical benefits - cool"...

Yeah but these cost me more... Grrr...My net income went down $400/mo since I started - and next year we go from 24 pay periods to 26... that means smaller checks...

I interviewed a while back for another company - they offered me 70k when I walked in the door... It's more than I make now...

But not enough more to warrant the change.. Another 6 months of this and it might be...

I need to be making like 85-95K/yr.. But the only way I see that happening is for one of my independant projects to begin producing revenue... Perhaps with the revenue sharing, this blog and others like it will produce something...
