If you are out shopping for a new house buyer beware of History Maker Homes. We have had so many problems, such as our door literrally falling to the floor, bumps in our floors as if they laid them over dirt, sand or rocks. Our sidewalk cracked so badly there is a hole a foot long in between slabs. My neighbor simply asked for a screen in November of 2007 and is still waiting. The one year warranty they offer is very deceiving. I wish anyone good luck purchasing or building a new home. Just make sure and do your homework before you buy the first thing you see!
